As my first act in office and in charge of the NAR, all non-earned dues will cease and those that stay in affect will be earned as demonstrated by results. This will go into affect one year from the date of my appointment. At that time if I fail to raise the bar, standards & premium first place placement of this once prestigious organization, I will distribute conditional reimbursements funds
CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
The start-up years will be exempt as will the banner years and any years where what was right, fair, just and true for the Real Estate industry and the agents in practice at the time warranted and was acted upon. Only refunds due to poor decision years, years of indifference, negligence or irresponsibility will be honored unconditionally
WHY AM I DOING THIS?
The NAR has a tremendous potential to make and bring change in the Real Estate industry and to those indirectly that are affected by it. Should I manage to supervise, coach, nurture & counsel existing corporate staff into a successful performance then we will take our existing footprint in the industry & begin to journey anew. There is much to be done
I APOLOGIZE
I behalf of this failing organization who was under poor leadership and guidance I offer an apology with the understanding that it is never too late to begin fresh and new and begin again to make that difference in the industry that so many love dearly and depend on for their livelihood. As your CEO, I will restore pride to the organization

We will not collect money under false pretenses. We will spend what we collect on services, products, growth and other influences that preserve, protect and enhance the industry from our position in it. As we grow, we invite all others to grow with us. I want to emphasize this is a team-sport meaning I need your support until such a time I have your willing devotion

Watch-out you competitors, dabblers and Johnny come lately into the Real Estate industry who are trying to seize the money and opportunities but continue to discard and neglect principals, clients, buyers, sellers and investors that also supply inaccurate and money driven answers to the very important subject of buying & selling

We will also be designing a new logo. What we will do is hold a contest for all agents to submit their ideas and from those we will narrow it down to a winner. All who participate will get T-shirts saying I raised the NAR-BAR. The winner of course gets special mention in our Realtor magazine plus promotions including points on ActiveRain Real Estate site
