It is my professional opinion Rivers Bend Condo Community will continue to be a desirable place to live . It is very well maintained and has a spacious floor plan . There are many people who love their dogs and finding a condo community that allows dogs is very difficult in NE Philly .Not only is Rivers Bend Pet friendly but size of the pet has no restriction or number. I do enjoy watching the proud owner walk their pets . They are mindful and do clean up after them .
Rivers Bend is very well maintained . It is not a gated community but snow is removed in the winter and grass., shrubs and plants are manicured and mowed in spring , summer and fall . Condo living is not for everyone but if you think it is for you this is one you should put on your list to consider
Rivers Bend Condo Community is a pet friendly community . In this area of condo living it is hard to find a pet friendly community . Which makes this community very desirable. It also features a contemporary spacious 2 story floor plan with a garage .
Rivers Bend is located close to Septa Trains and Buses also Amtrak trains . For those who drive I 95 is minutes away so is the Pa turnpike and US 1 .
The Three Monkey's Cafe is a short walk if you would like a Brew and a good meal . The WAWA is also a short walk which is a convenience store . Best of all you never have to shovel snow or mow your lawn .
You have all the conveniences of condo living but you are not living in a gated community .
