My only comment would be that 77 Homes for Sale in Port Royal could be approaching a new record if not the highest number I've seen here in a long time. It's going to be Okay!

The Median Sold Price this past quarter was $9,500,000, although that encompassed only 9 homes and for the most part Buyers leave closing with keys in hand to a fully furnished residence. It does make a difference Ginny!
