Believe it or not I have to sort through all the condo and town home listings to be sure they are listed correctly for this report. They seldom are. The point being some Realtors have no idea what the differance is between a condo and a town home. This is a serious problem for a Buyer. If your agent doesn't know the differance then you should find yourself a new Real Estate agent.
