Jeff - it's always so nice to have the Insiders View of local restaurants. Here in St Pete, Chateau France has just opened a bistro - I only saw the signs this morning, so I'll have to check out if this means they're now serving lunch.
Jeff if I ever make it out there you are going to have to take me to some of these great places that you have been writing about, I will even wear my sunglasses :) :)

Both of these places sound like little treasures. You know all the great places in Carlsbad.
Jeff.... ooohhh, a French Bistro.... we have a few good ones in Philly. Crepes are great.... even dinner Crepes.... overall, it sounds good.
Jeff, I think it's time for me to head out to Carlsbad. These restaurants look very inviting. I'm ready for my late with a chocolate croissant. Yum!
Sharon - I enjoy discovering new restaurants, especially those that have been around for a bit and I have not yet enjoyed.

Gena - ditto here. What is especially nce is that it is not a formal high-end restaurant as some French places can be.

Diane - I think Carlsbad has a fairly impressive range of restaurants given the size of the town. No, we are not LA or NY but there is enough to suit most tastes and budgets.
