Bank-owned properties are one step away from crossing into "the 40's" in terms of number of listings for the first time since I've been doing this page. Seven new REO homes make the list this week, along with an equal number of price reductions. Short sale properties still hover closer to 30, as has been the case the entire time I've been tracking them. Three new homes and three new price reductions round out the group for this past week.
