Stagging is a major plus in this market!

STAGGING IS A MAJOR PLUS IN THIS MARKET, PEOPLE AS A RULE ARE VERY VISUAL. If you don't believe

that , next time you go into the supermarket, and go to the produce department

pay attention to the produce people pick out, you can find this in all purchasing decisions made

by all consumers accross the board. A nicely painted home that is well cleaned and items placed neatly,

can be te difference between a sale or not.

Bill, nice comparison to produce. Yes a large amount of people are visual and staging sure helps.
