One step at a time...
A prime example of focus and discipline provided by Khash.... a strong minded effort to change a habit.... change is possible and what better reason than to stay healthy!!!
Discipline and Consistency.
Ever since finding out that I had high cholesterol, I have become more disciplined and consistent with my diet.
What is so amazing about that is that I have found that this has helped me become more disciplined and consistent at work.
I always mean to do things with my business, but other things distract me, the day is over and I am frustrated that I didn’t do a bunch of things I wanted to do.
The next thing that I know is that the year is done, I go into the next year and do the same things again while expecting something different to happen.
My new diet has taught me how strong my mind could be and how consistent I could be if I just decide to suck it up and do it.
But it’s all about baby steps. Start with one thing. Do it for a month, then move onto something else. That’s what I did for my diet (my cholesterol came down 100 points in 6 months with no meds, so trust me, it works).
