My Best Farming Technique in Real Estate - How clients can find me

When it comes to attracting new Buyer or Seller contacts, old school farming still has a place in our world of technological advances. Here in the Manchester NH area, I utilize a combination of post cards and my blog to market myself and what I do.

 

Just as important as reaching new clients, using a combination of the two techniques reminds those who I know as well as past clients who I am, What I do and that I am here for their real estate needs.

 

When it comes to real estate, many consumers have an outlook of "out of sight, out of mind." They get caught up in the giant nets of the big box franchises. There is a new threat where consumers are being gobbled up by so called real estate web sites who gather their info and then refer them back to agents for 25 to 35% of any commission earned.

 

My technique is using my Active Rain Blog to share stories, lessons, tips and advice. I utilize Social media to share the links to my blogs to reach consumers. I look to reach them on a personal level. To relate with what they are going through or experiencing. I then follow up with my post cards the stress that I offer personal and professional service. My service makes me stand out over the others in my world of Real Estate.  

 

The MOST IMPORTANT message is to share with every consumer that my philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest.
