June 2018 Spokane WA Real Estate Market Update !
The Spokane Wa Real Estate Market is ON FIRE. Although there is a marked lack of inventory ( homes for sale ) there are more active buyers than ever. This creates competition in most price ranges ( the lower the price range, the more competition).
It is more important than ever to have proactive, experienced representation in selling and buying homes. With the fast paced market, mistakes can be made. Hasty decisions can come back around to burn you.
In some instances sellers are becoming almost a bit greedy, and buyers are becoming somewhat desperate, making emotions run high on both sides. The highest offer is not necessarily the best offer. Many things need to be considered, such as terms, buyers loan type, ect. Having a real estate expert on your side during this market is critical !
Personally after 15 years in the business I am having my biggest month EVER !
