The totally unrealistic interest rates for home loans is going up.
The Fed has been watching and warning that the rates will be going in up.
This week I had a client ask if rates were coming down anytime soon.
Rates ave been at historic lows for several years now.
Setting on the fence now will only give you splinters.
There is no phrase worse than..."I wish I had ..."

William, those dragging their feet on a home purchase will qualify for less when they eventually move forward.
so true! Historic low rates are over for a long time now, in my opinion. Buy now, it will never be lower for a long time!
I haven't had anyone ask that question in a couple of years. They in fact are on the way up.
