Here are the JUNE 2018 numbers:

  • 15 Dilworth single family homes (SFH) sold and Closed in MAY, 2018.  10 condos/townhomes sold as well.
  • Average SFH list price was $873,113.
  • Average sales price, $856,150, a 98% list-to-sales-price ratio (SFH).
  • Sales prices in Dilworth ranged from $412,000 to $1,375,000 last month (SFH).
  • Average heated square feet (SFH) was 2,722 and sold at $319.54/square foot.
  • Average beds & baths, 4 & 3 (SFH).
  • There are currently 26 SFH homes listed in Dilworth (+ 12 that are under Contract) & 14 condos/townhomes (+ 12 under Contract) as well.
