Trademark Properties

Last July, I loaded up my 75 year old Dad to travel to Charleston, SC to witness the unveiling of Richard

Davis's latest and greatest real estate franchise or partnership opportunity. We were also promised one

of the first copies of his new book. If you do not know who Richard Davis is, He was the flashy Developer

from Charleston who was on HGTV's "Flip this House". He has a lot of charisma and a high energy staff,

but they are not living up to their end of the deal.

In the world I live in, you had better try to do what you say you are going to do or provide an explanation

for not doing it. This trip was a great time spent with my Dad and I would have missed it for the world,

but I feel like I got screwed! I haven't heard anything from Trademark and do not expect too. I feel like

they took the money and ran. I am very disappointed in Richard Davis, I have more faith in Carlton

Sheets.

I hope they never come to Blue Ridge, Georgia .

Perhaps it is just a matter of time. The effects of the market have surely slowed down his flip it side of the market. It could be many things, sickness, death in the family, financial hardships....anything could have happened.

You could always email him or one of the team and ask what is going on.

I have spoken with his assistant, she assures me they are on course. the part I didn' mention was he charged about 299. 00 per person to hear sbout this opportunity.

I watched the program many times, and came away not liking them or their style. Somehow I am not suprized. I am sorry for your experience, but it was good of you to share it.

There's no problem with a person with specialized expertise charging money to show you shortcuts to success in the arena.

Sadly though, Richard Davis positions himself and his company as the "Saints of SC", while at the same time maligning anyone he feels has crossed him and defaiming anyone who is a legitmate competitor. Doubt it? Just ask the producers of A&E's "Flip This House" and the new stars of the show who took over when he was let go.

I also attended the Charleston event in July.

Keep in mind if he does not do the roll out by August we all get our money back.

I also spent the money to go see what Richard had to say. I flew in from California, spent several days in a pricey hotel, and really believed what he was saying. Trademark has not delivered on ANY of their promises, and won't return my calls to tell me why. I did get an email response from one Trademark associate which was really quite a riddle..."It was in your hands all the time". NO IDEA what that means. (this was in answer to my question of who the selected Area Managers were).

I do understand that market conditions have changed, but after spending all of the time and money and buying into Richard's "vision", he should at least have the decency to send us a note and say what the deal really is - the market has changed, and he can't deliver on his promises of selecting Area Managers. It's pretty chickensh.. that he won't even answer my emails himself, he pawns it off to someone else.

Yes, we can all get our $45.00 back, but what I'd really like is an apology and some truth from Richard himself.

Anyone else out there ticked off as me?????

I live in Salt Lake and also got caught up in Richards BS. I don't know about A&E's right or wrong actions but due to Richards lack of integrity it makes me side with A&E. He acts as if he is some real estate god but he is just another player. All he asked me about when I wanted to join forces was how much money I have. Don't know about the rest of you but I am sick of "investors". They are all nightmares. I am going back to nice people. I can make my own money and will no longer look for help from others. I am really starting to hate real estate.

I too went to the Trademark show and I am extremely pissed off. We should try and get people together and sign a partition. Dont want him getting away with this. You say you are going to do something you do it. He is a liar and a fraud. Let's get together and do something
