Lol, I guess its green for money. The carpet is a very plush, expensive one too, its almost a shame to change but I agree. It wouldn't be my first choice either. This home has a great deal of interest in it but nothing in writing yet, maybe its the carpet. :)
At this price someone is going to get a real good deal and can afford to change carpet and colors. The quality of this home is first class, right down to copper gutters and downspouts.
The location is totally private, you can't even see a neighbors home other than the neighbors boat house.
