The golden rule of sales
There are many variables conditions that you will encounter in . . . . sales. They can change in a moment and without notice . . . . They can affect the business relationship . . . . the outcome of closing a sale or in losing a sale.
There is also one consistent condition that you will discover in the sales process and business relationship. “All things being equal people will do business with, and refer business to those they know, like and trust”.
When a person . . . . knows you . . . . likes you . . . . and trusts you . . . . they are likely to do business with you.
Which comes down to this . . . . Relationship building skills are critical to a successful business relationship. Sales are built on creating a professional business relationship with your customers based on mutual trust and values. Once a customer get to know you they will determine if they like you and if they will do business with you.
The golden rule of sales . . . . is when a person . . . . knows you . . . . likes you . . . . and trusts you . . . . they will likely to business with you . . . . without it . . . . they won’t
