WELL THIS TIME IS LIKE THAT TIME
Currently, nothing is coming to mind for me.
The only thing close to it, that people were shocked, stunned, and in disbelief was the election of our current President of the United States.
This afternoon I attended the most energetic settings of 45 real estate agents ever.
This type of enthusiasm and joy usually come from a Toastmaster meeting, not a group of real estate agents.
As I talk with real estate agents not only in Phoenix but around the country it is quite noticeable there are three types of mindsets.
Those who are content, and in many cases retiring out of the business, those who do not want to see or hear something different, and those who are mostly full of passion and happiness about this new concept in real estate sales.
Often, it reminds me of when my friend, Roy Schott, invited me to a Toastmaster meeting (they were not selling anything, and it only cost $67. For SIX MONTHS!) and I said no.
Fortunately, he invited me again 20 years later, and that cost me $500,000 for not at least looking at what he was talking about.
Just like my friend, Roy, I am not out to push this exciting opportunity on anyone, either.
As it was explained to me, offer to a person, when they say: “no.”
Thank them and move on.
Being able to hear this LIFE in PERSON I know is far more understandable, as I have done now, five times.
