I am always proud of my grandkids who always seem to perform like rock stars. I just received word that my grandson, John Luis, finished his second year at Rice University in Houston, Texas. He has completed this first two years with Straight A's. He is pursuing studies in the field of medicine. CONGRATULATIONS John Luis!

How wonderful, Myrl. You have a very special and very handsome grandson - and straight A's. The medical field is blessed to have such an individual in its pipe lines...we are all blessed. I can appreciate your happiness...currently I am happy to say I have 3 family members, grandchildren also in the medical field. Came in nicely back in March when one of the three was hospitalized with infectious pneumonia - 2 surgeries and the other two, an interning doctor and registered nurse - same hospital - were scheduled on his case.
