I love those giant homes you have in your area. You seem to get so much for so little.

Neal. I thought we were at the bottom 2 months ago, but I keep finding more. This is a Winchester Homes community. I was shocked to see the price reductions. I need some new buyers. I've settled all but one.

Terry. Great homes, great prices. Michigan should be less expensive. I suppose it depends on how far from job centers. Western Loudoun is a bit "out there", but our communities are not high traffic areas.
