Let Us Never Forget ...

In our busy lives we tend to be focused on our success, our chores, our appointments and our "things" that just have to get done lest the world come to an end. This video is a tremendous reminder that while we are focused, we should also stay focused on the men and women who have served in our armed forces in order to afford us the safety to carry on our day to day lives.

This video is from Photobucket (I don't know who the creator of it is) and I thought it to be most appropriate to share on this Memorial Day weekend.

Say a prayer - for those that have fought in wars passsed, those that are fighting now and those that will be charged with the responsibility of keeping us safe in the future. Without them .......... we would not be living the free life we have.

Carol, What a great find for Memorial Day....I do think some people forget the true meaning.

Carole - Far too many "holidays" are commercialized and the true meaning is forgotten. May we never forget our veterans.

Bill - Thank you! Our veterans, from all theaters, are too often overlooked and forgotten. This should not be so. We should applaud them - and thank them for their sacrifices......
