Corona del Mar Home Values 6/24/2018
This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Joe Steck. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.7 percent, new homes are up 17.2 percent and resale condos are up 1.9 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 7.1 percent, down 3.3 percent on condos and up 14.2 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 23.2 persent and the sales volume is down 10.8 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.0 percent and the sales volume is down 28.6 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 17.0 percent and the sales volume is down 9.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 10.4 and the sales volume is down 33.7 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices are up 1.6 percent and the sales volume is down 19.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 6.6 percent and the sales volume down 17.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 14.0 percent and the sales volume is down 25.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 5.1 percent and the sales volume is up 21.8 percent.
I think we are in a very difficult market to know exactly what is happen other than we are changing. Hang on we are in for a ride.
