The VA Renovation Loan allows the client to add the costs of a rehab to the loan if you are purchasing a home or refinancing. This is a great avenue for Realtors to assist Veterans or Active Duty purchase a home in a desireable area AND make home improvements, like add new carpet, paint, kitchen appliances and much much more!!! If a veteran already owns the home you can refinance and add the cost of improvements as well.
