4 Comments on Market Conditions in Bryan/College Station Texas for Week of May 18- May 24, 2008
We are so fortunate to live and work in an area where housing sales have been relatively stable. I saw in the Eagle this morning that Brazos County property values are up $1.1 billion dollars from last year according to the preliminary tax rolls. Of course, that includes new commercial construction.
