I recently lost my camera of choice. It broke after about seven years. I researched and finally bought a replacement. This morning the viewfinder showed a crack in it. I called and it is on its way back. I hope it is a fluke because I don't want to start looking again. I'll keep you posted.
Sheila, you are not having good luck with cameras right now. Hope you get it repaired.

I have owned a few Canon cameras, and had wonderful luck with all of them. I suspect it was a fluke you experienced with that one. You should have better luck in the future.

Hopefully it was indeed just a fluke, I know you spent a lot of time with your search, so it will be good to have a stable camera again.

Sheila, I'm sure you'll get it resolved. I need to use my SX60 more - seems like I grab my old Canon 70D most of the time. But, I love what other people capture with this amazing little camera. D

Hi Debb. I was and am bummed but the dealer is reputable. I think the SX 60 is big. I really wanted a smaller one but I'm sure I will get used to it. TY Sheila
Hopefully your string of bad luck will end soon and new pictures will be even better.

So frustrating! Quality doesn't seem to be what it once was on most products these days!
