When I was in 5th grade, and my sister in 3rd grade, our parents put us on a train in green Bay. Our destination was Chicago; we'd be visiting Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Hey, no parent in the world would take that chance and risk their children today, huh?!? When in Chicago, we visited the huge Riverview Park Rides and Entertainment and had our pictures taken at a side stand...We were sitting on the bottom part of the moon...very much like Trish's moon. Brought back memories.

Sounds like a very fun adventure Jane Chaulklin-Schott and you are right, parents would not allow that these days. When I was a kid, my brother and I would ride our bikes all over town and had a great time. Parents would never allow kids to do that these days.
