For those of you that may not subscribe to a lot of print media (How 80's), our very own Wedgwood was the front page attraction for this Sunday's Seattle Times real estate section. The add raved about how walkable the neighborhood is and highlighted the recent debate over a proposed mixed use condo and retail project. While the article was great and it truly is a fantastic neighborhood, I have a single complaint. The article was featured in the real estate section and there is only one major real estate office in Wedgwood, (MINE!) and we got snubbed. They have quotes from two other (non Wedgwood) offices, and not a single quote from anyone in my office. Come on Seattle Times. Call me. I'd be happy to talk to you about this neighborhood. Everyone knows I love to talk. Seriously, it was a great article and I pleasant surprise to see. For those of you not aware of the neighborhood feel free to give me a call. We can wander across the street to the Van Gogh Coffee House and I'll show you what a great neighborhood it is. Check out the link to read the article.
