We are already seeing pushback in Sacramento from buyers. They are saying no to top-of-market prices for mid-range to luxury homes. Lower end is another story, though.

As for anything priced below $325,000, it's a free-for-all so long as a home is priced right. Townhomes are flying out the door with multiple offers in a NY minute.
