South Riding Mid Week Update 6/30/2018-7/3/2018

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 17 homes for sale.  2 homes new to the market; 2 traditional sale detached homes.  2 homes which went under contract; 2 traditional sale detached homes. 2 homes were reported sold; 2 traditional sale town homes.  There are 2 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
