Located along the Mississippi River upriver from New Orleans, River Ridge offers a tranquil lifestyle with an easy commuteto downtown and Metairie. The area is known for its large trees and many large lots. The area has no industry or jobs, its just a great place to live. I listed this home today and as I do with all my listings I make a separate page on the website to give a better look at the property and the area. I always make flyers and advertise the New Orleans Real Estate site on the rear of the flyers with some extra photos to stimulate interst. I never put the price as I want the shoppers to visit. I am going to blog about the listings also. I am hoping to google this address next week and see the page and active rains page on the property also. i do these things because they work. The owner will fill the box for me as it becomes empty. I schedule an open house the first full week and put the sign up on Monday to get a weeks exposure.
