With steady fast and furious showings, a second home seller asked where all the home buyers went? With the flip of a switch the flood of buyer calls went to a trickle here in the Manchester NH area.
The thing is that it is the 4th of July week. Add in 6 straight days of 90 degree temps and it is a typical summer slow down. Often regarded as the second slowest week of teh year for real estate after Christmas week.
There is no need to panic. Sellers can take a look at their price, make sure it is at or near market value. Take a rest from the showings and spruce up the home and be ready for the next flood of buyers. Typically the busiest time of year here for home showings is mid May to to Mid June. Summer will find buyers with school age kids looking to close before school starts again.
The MOST IMPORTANT message is to share with every consumer that my philosophy is simple, provide more personal and professional service to guide clients through each step of the buying or selling process. All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest.
