I always try so hard to get the perfect front elevation shot before the photographer gets there because I have my buyers sign 'Coming Soon' documents on every listing and I like to get that marketing started! My shots virtually never compare to his so, I watercolor them! Makes my shots not look so shabby! LOL

As I mentioned to Dorie Dillard, most of the time I don't capture a great shot so I use my watercolor app for the Coming Soon listings!
