Do you smell old?
An online ad actually asked...Do You Smell Old? Seems advertisers will do almost anything to grab attention and every business wants to sell you on something, anything!
Some companies prey upon the vain aspect of aging, promising:
- a more youthful appearance
- ridding one of thin, crepey skin
- instant face lifts, forgoing surgery
Now there is a product to make one smell younger?! How do they get away with this?
Most of us know that the best way to prevent body odor is bathing regularly, using deodorant and wearing clean clothes. There is no cure-all as promised by so-called beauty regimen guru's on the web.
They are clearly in it for the money, using advertising methods designed to get into the minds of consumers who willingly open their wallets and purses. To these type of institutions, I say Smell Ya Later, ain't got time for that!
Those of us in the real estate industry, know to avoid puffing or fluffing at all costs when it involves buying and selling property. Getting ready to show homes this morning with a fresh outlook and raring to go.
