Greater Cincinnati Fischer Patio Homes Move-In Ready July 2018

Fischer patio homeInterested in Greater Cincinnati new construction patio homes available in 90 days or less?  Obviously if you start from scratch, you'd be looking at 5-7 months.  Fortunately some builders build some homes that fit mainstream tastes so there's usually a patio home that will be ready soon.  Now you won't get every floor plan and the finishes might not be a 100% match for what you want, but that's the trade for saving months of potentially living in temporary housing while you wait for a home to be ready.   

 

Fischer Homes is currently offering the following new construction patio homes in the Greater Cincinnati area that are already complete or will be in the next 3 months. 

This month 5 of those patio homes are on the Ohio side and 3 are available in Kentucky. 

On the Ohio side:

Maineville's Providence community has a Wilmington floor plan available immediately for $267,900 and also available immediately a Kiawah plan for $292,900.

Franklin's Renassance community has a Wilmington plan available in 90 days for $301,900.

Pierce Townships's Prestwick Place community has a Wilmington plan available in 90 days for 344,900.

Crossing the Ohio River into northern Kentucky the following patio homes are ready or close to ready.

Alexandria's The Shire at Arcadia offers a Wilmington available in 30 days for $353,347.

Hebron's Tanner Cove will have a Wembley paired patio home (think attached ranch condo) available in 90 days for $232,355. 

Union's Triple Crown-Preakness community has a Kiawah for immediate purchase for $293,089 (reduced price).

Obviously all of this is subject to change.  Fischer Homes can sell these or adjust price as they deem necessary.  You can find the latest availability by looking for patio homes on Fischer Homes' Move In Ready page for Greater Cincinnati.  Once you're there, if you see something you like, or have further questions, we're going to ask you to go the following:   

Don't register with Fischer, don't visit, don't call, because if you do, you risk losing the option of having a patio home specialist agent working for you.

 

Step 1:  Contact us at 513-520-5305.  We are NOT a Fischer Homes builder's rep (or ANY builder for that matter!), we work for you and ONLY you! You don't get a better deal by going directly to Fischer Homes without an agent because our fees are built into the overhead of ALL homes they build.

Step 2:  Let's determine which home community is the best fit for your needs.  It might not be one of Fischer's communities, but don't worry, we work with ALL Greater Cincinnati home builders!  And since Bill is licensed in BOTH Ohio and Kentucky, he can help you with ANY area home community.

Step 3: We'll contact the builder's rep and coordinate appointments and  any future activities with the builder.
