Real Estate Photos Are Not Always As They Seem

Have you noticed that real estate photos are not always as they seem? In other words the home looks great in the photos but when you actually go with your Realtor to see the home, you ask, "Is that the same house we saw in the photos on the MLS?" Well of course, the Seller is showing the best pictures they can find under the right conditions. A word of advice, never put a contract in on a home without seeing it first. As your Realtor, me, to show you the home in person. 

Sure, sure we see those fix and flip shows where the price looks great but the buyers are buying sight unseen at a foreclosure or auction with no inspection. Later they may say, "Oh My!"
