RMLS blooper You've Got Legs!

I came across this the other day and just had to share my "find". The only interior shots of this sad home were of the shiny new appliances. (What does THAT tell you?) 

I guess this listing agent was really scraping bottom to find SOMETHING inside to warrant a photo. Even if the oven comes with a pair of legs! I love how the towel is eskew and shoved over to the side as if this was taken on purpose. 

This gives the description "free standing" a whole new meaning! 

 Realtors' legs, anyone? 

Comes with the house!

Slow Bake, don't broil! 

(No added value).

Loved the commentary and I shouldn't be surprised to see this but, every time, I am. What is baffling is that sellers are okay with the listing photos, Gayle!

Well, first off, Carol Williams she was probably flummoxed by the distastrous state of the home. A home inspector friend of mine who did the inspection for possible owners v(when it was for sale by owner) told me that a rat ran right in front of him while he was in the basement. He said it was one of the worst houses he's ever inspected! Needless to say, this poor woman now has the large challenge of selling it. Glad it isn't me!!

That's pretty funny, Gayle, but it's also sad that this is how the house is being presented to the buying public. I see MLS listing photos all the time with glimpses of the photographer, often in the bathroom mirror!

At least these photos were entertaining, unlike some I have seen in the MLS.

It does make you wonder what these agents are thinking when they upload their photos.

Sheri Sperry - MCNE® we, as "real" photographers totally get that. I think we pay attention more often than other real estate agents, just because it's another layer of our expertise. Clearly this woman is NOT a photographer. 

Jeff Dowler, CRS me, too...any kind of mirror, but it's usually a face, not as disembodied set of legs! (Altho, as I look more closely, there is a shape of a head at the top of the range....)! 

Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents I KNOWWWWWW! She's either A) a new agent and hungry with no money or B) she's not getting much of a commission, came out and actually SAW this dump and said, "No WAY am I paying a professional to shoot this!"

John Wiley we are here to amuse, every now and then. And it seems like I have accomplished that, thank you!
