5 Comments on Control a client! It's a must! Short sale 101
Hi Klarque, Good words. I tell my clients when the banks call to collect, tell them we have the property on the market for a short sale, or have a short sale submitted, and leave it at that. Wendy
Wise words Wendy! again, Less is better!
I've been lucky I guess, my clients listen good and I haven't had any problems from anyone regarding the short sale's yet (knock on wood). I really don't like doing them though.
Just happened to stumble upon this post and we have a client right now who insists on talking to the lender.... yes -the expert that he is on real estate and to make matters worse he refuses to resend or give us all of his paper work, he keeps saying he already submitted it all (well somehow it dissappeared!) we just want to throw in the towel - the seller is not helping but hindering here. ~Rita
Personally Rita I never take on such clients! They kill themselves then blame you! Good luck
