Wow..tremendous home for the money...mine was 600k and only 2700 sqft and a pool.

Hi Neal. Pools don't do that much around here. The season's too short. I believe that there are about 3 homes in this entire community with a pool. Probably folks from Florida.

This house just came back on the market yesterday. The buyer is a builder and when time came for his home to close, the couldn't get a loan. The builder called me this morning and I flew down there to get photos and look for a buyer.

This is my absolutel favorite community in Loudoun County. I wish I was in the market for a home, I'd buy this one.

Lenn, WOW 5800 sq. ft. that house is huge. I could chase the wise around in that house all day long and never go into the same room twice.

Before you say anything, I don't move around very fast any more ......... LOL

Hi Lenn, I love the brick but I most like the staircase of the brick Georgian. Not exactly my preference in Plantation style like Gone with the Wind but it will do.

Prices really have dropped in Waterford. That's a lot of home for the money and a fantastic area. My friend bought a Toll Brothers home in Waterford for quite a bit more about 18 months ago.

LENN - You get a lot for the money in your area. That looks like a beautiful home, and you can't beat the privacy of 3 acres.
