I have been so busy this weekend! 

 Anyone else?  I took two days off to go to the ocean and even on those days off, I was doing real estate!  We have a beach house in Ocean Shores, WA and even on my walks to and from the waves, people were asking me for directions to get to a house!  I love going to the beach, and we always seem to catch the most beautiful days there - very lucky!  I am thrilled that we invested in such a great place and my kids love it. 

We came back yesterday and I took one of my lovely buyers out to various new construction townhomes around Ballard, Green Lake, Fremont, and Wallingford.  I am so impressed by some of the finish work I am seeing in some of these townhouses.  It actually makes me think about moving again when I see some of the yummy finishes that go into these clever places.  It seems like a lot of thought and planning is going into some of the wonderful Green townhomes lately.  This is such a change form the townhouse farms of five years ago.   I am thrilled and excited for my buyers!

Today?  A moment for Memorial Day....Zeek's Vegetarian Thai pizza and my birthday:) after a great weekend.
