With over 38 years in the business and having helped almost 1,000 buyers and sellers, it seems there is more experience here than most of over one million real estate agents in the United States.
Oh, I understand, there are hundreds of agents who are better at closing, better at convincing someone to do something they may not entirely want to do, and have more college education, and maybe even more common sense, than Dan D. McGinnis has.
And since there are hundreds of agents with more knowledge than myself, last month when an acquaintance of mine told me about eXp Realty, I was quite observant, and I went five weeks in a row, every Wednesday to listen to an one hour presentation explaining the new model of real estate in the cloud.
And I heard three different people tell the story.
After having an advisor of mine review, the entire contract, he came up with nine questions, that concerned him.
He was a manager of a real estate company over 25 years ago, along with my selling his personal home, representing him in purchasing another home totaling right at one million dollars last year.
And my experience of 38 ears as a proactive agent, I knew the answers to his questions and they were of no concern to me.
