Assumer or Later! 
Yesterday, a potential buyer inquired about a land lot listing for sale. He traveled out to the spot where he believed it was located and then called me, describing the surrounding area.
He was mistaken, saying there were abandoned cars, trailers and equipment near the lot. I refuted that. Then he said, “You are wrong. When you figure it out, why don't you call me back?”
He assumed that I was going to agree with his point of view, which I did not. Again, he was supplied with the same viable information as before. Besides, I always do my ‘home work’ prior to listing.
The potential buyer called back this morning, realizing his inaccuracy, laughing it off. An open mind and ears can take you to the right places and assumer or later, someone will learn ya, durn ya!
