These can be great loans for some buyers. I am glad you highlighted them. They often are overlooked.

I just started looking at this and am curious what your response and success has been when talking to realtors. I have a 3 state base of community banks and was thinking specifically of the REO part and educating them on this. ON the realtor side, how successful are you at getting your foot in the door? I am really curious on how you do this. The program seems like a great differentiator.

I can't find anyone that buys them in our area... so they aren't much good without an investor ...;(
