Let’s just take a quick look, at where I came from.
In 1978 I got my license after failing the test once in Ohio and sold 12 homes in six months.
And no, I did not have any connections, did not know what a loan officer was, did not know what Realtors really do. All I knew they sell houses.
At night in the basement of the office at Tom Young and Associates in Reynoldsburg Ohio, I watched DVD’s of TOM Hopkins. My broker had invested a huge amount of money.
So, I just absorbed things Tom Hopkins said.
And one of my sellers suggested I move to Phoenix Arizona and said I could sell more real estate there. And so, we did.
Arriving here, things did not take off like in Ohio.
I failed the real estate exam twice here, in Phoenix.
It became scary, after a couple months and nothing was happening.
We got a loan from the U S Army (that is funny and true we will tell that story some other time).
Six months I began to catch on, and averaged selling 25 homes a year for the next 28 years.
We tell you all of that to tell you this.
We are not new at residential real estate sales, and when the invitation came to eXp realty, we ask lots of questions.
We know how there is a swamp in Washington D C, so we took our time to investigate this eXp Realty.

4 We talked with a person who earns about $300,000 per month and his wife earns around $270,000 per month. Now not everyone does that kind of thing because most people are not like Rob Flick and his wife. (Rob is in the link below)
I know someone else who has been in the company 10 years, second agent to join who earns $500. Per month. And he told me, “I should have done what you are doing. Dan” What he is talking about, I see the light, I have excitement and enthusiasm about it and I am anxious to tell others about it.
So I treat it like I treated real estate sales, tell everyone I meet what it is.
