Hi everyone, I found an informative article, which illustrates tactics used to scam people out of their homes. This could be very useful if you have a client in a potential foreclosure.

It's a shame that such a tragic loss for a family brings out such sharks!

Romalan - this article was excellent!  I have been blogging a series of pre-foreclosure practices for homeowners and I hadn't gotten to potential scams yet. This is a great resource and I will have to do more research.  I have only heard of a scam like this in my area once - and it was second hand.  I wonder if the Attorney General in each state is tracking this kind of thing?
