Parklawn is a family oriented suburban neighborhood located in Alexandria, Virginia 22312. The Parklawn neighborhood mainly consists of detached homes with 3 to 5 bedrooms. Most of the residential real estate is owner occupied. Many of the residences in the Parklawn neighborhood are older, well-established, built between 1940 and 1969. Some additional new homes were also built between 1970 and 1999.
