Thank you, Paula! The internet marketing is becoming my bread & butter. I received a good response from the first flyer and received around 10 new clients. I passed out around 100 flyers to 2 offices. I just passed out the postcard on Thursday to one office I have a good presence in but want to increase my client base. We'll see how it pans out this week.

Hmm...first time I've ever seen any service provided by a virtual assistant with an actual price on it for a particular service. I'm intriqued....I will have to read your other posts to see what else you do.

Bo - I like to give prices to my customers because it makes it much more comfortable for the relationship. I don't do many hourly projects unless it's a new one that I haven't done before. But if it is something that I do often then I like to charge a flat fee.

Thanks you so much for the great info.  I have some agents now who use postlets but I haven't ventured there yet.  Guess that will be my next internet stop!

Renee - I love both items you shared.  I use Postlets for almost every agent I work with and I love it.  But I also spend a good deal of time "perfecting" the pictures.  So don't laugh because I may be over thinking it, but I have to ask.  The flyer reads :

"Just send me the address and I'll do the rest."

How do you do it with only the address?  Thanks again for sharing!

Tracie - I have access to the local MLS system through the agent's username & password so if they send me the address I can pull the photos & description through there. I want to make it as simple as possible for the client.

Thanks Renee!  I was definitely over thinking it...  :-)

I agree completely, I try to keep things as simple as possible.  From time to time I've had trouble with photos being too "grainy" after pulling it from the MLS, so I was just curious how you worked this.  Thanks you!
