Do you ever do things too fast...and then mess up...and have to start again?

Of course.  I think it happens to all of us.  And, it just happened to me today.

So, I was hot and tired...yes, today it's been so humid.  So, I just couldn't wait to jump into the pool.  So, that's all I could think about it.  (And, BTW, the pool felt really nice!).

I wanted to get this quick article done before I went down to the pool.  The whole purpose was to see if I did a post on Active Rain linking to my new article about 8 ways to decorate with gray how fast it would index the new article.

So, I wanted to see if it would index right away, or by the time I came back from the pool...or some other day.  I was just curious, so that I would know what to expect.

Stupid me...I posted the article...and the link was to the wrong site.  Thank you, Dorie Dillard for alerting me so I could fix it.

I went back and fixed it, but I have no idea when google will recrawl that, so it pretty much messes up my experiment and ability to measure.

So, now I'm writing this new post so I can restart my timeline and accurately measure.
