Last Chance to Reserve Final Remaining Seats at Wine Pairing Charity Dinner
Fundraiser supports The Community House on Sanibel Island

     A limited number of tickets remain for the Islander Wine Dinner, a charitable event  on July 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at 2173 Periwinkle Way to raise funds for The Community House, a gathering place for Sanibel Island activities operated by the Sanibel Community Association (SCA). Ben McClure, a Certified Wine Specialist and Brand Ambassador of Talbott Vineyards, will be the featured speaker.  McClure will lead a dining experience and enlighten guests on the rules for food and wine pairing and he will be discussing the wines as they relate to the vineyard, winemaker, and brand.
     The six course dinner hosted by Bailey’s General Store will include six 100 percent estate grown wines made by Talbott including from their famous Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Up to 50 guests will be virtually transported to Talbott’s California vineyards whilst they enjoy a dinner of the highest caliber. These estate wines will be proudly paired with locally sourced cuisine created by Sanibel Catering Company’s very own Chef Karl. The local menu and estate grown wines pair perfectly with Bailey’s commitment to serving their community.
     Tickets are $100 per person or $550 for a table of six and includes a welcome glass of sparkling wine, assorted hors d’oeuvres, a full glass tasting of six Talbott Vineyards wines, locally-sourced dinner pairings, as well as various dessert selections.
