I Went All In for Sales Today July 26 All or Nothing Day
by Silicon Valley REALTOR Michelle Carr Crowe
It takes a lot of value for me to commit an entire workday to a training. Appropriatately today, July 26, was "All or Nothing Day" and Keller Williams Trainer Joey Satariano taught us a master class on the art of sales.
"Tell me more about that," you say?
Correctly and ethically handled, the art of sales is all about the client, not the agent. It's about what the clients think they need, as well as educating them about things we as professional agent know they need.
A skilled consultant first genuinely cares about the client, investing the time and attention to ask thought-provoking questions to help the client "peel back the layers" to self-discover their true priorities. Then together, the consultant and client explore the options and colloborate on the best way to help achieve the client's goals.
Keep in mind, "The Road to Success is Always Under Construction". That's why I invested an entire day of my time to better learn how to serve my clients at the highest possible level.
