Zillow has released a new set of tools that allows users to pay only $29 to apply for numerous apartments. This includes an Experian credit report, eviction history, and background check. The platform is available to property managers and landlords in charge of buildings with fewer than 50 units. By using this service, Zillow cuts the cost of rental applications and credit checks for their users.
This is one of the many innovative platforms released by Zillow. Earlier this year, Zillow introduced “Instant Offers” where it has become involved in the buying and selling of homes. Agents utilizing Zillow’s Premier Agent platform can be chosen to broker the sales on behalf of Zillow and other buyers.
