Our local Association so tries to keep us informed, and once a quarter we have a managing broker forum for questions and topics that are HOT, or new rules/products, etc. that we all need to be aware of.
Our CEO also invites the Colorado Real Estate Commission Director, and the Legal Counsel for Colorado Association of REALTORS for questions, which is so important. They both keep us up-to-date with the changes happening in the next year. In the next year all Brokers will be back to end of year renewals. There are also new rules for Managing Brokers, which was clarified today.
Our MLS - RE Colorado was the sponsor and also went over many new features that have been added to the platform, which most in the room had not seen nor used.
We also brought up current legislative issues, lockbox issues and several other items. These meetings are so important for us, and our group that shows up is growing now.
