Condo For Your Kids

Think condo for your college and professional sons and daughters.

Think condo for your graduate students.

Think condos for married and singles.

If attending a Baltimore university, law, medicine or other professional school...

think of buying a condo.

If you need housing while attending school for three or more years..think condo.

If you have a temporary job for a few years.. think condo.

Parents, if you have a child going to school or working in the Baltimore area..think  condos.

Condos require no outside maintenance. Security is very good. Bring in a roommate to help with the condo fees.

When college is finished and you decide to sell, you will have something to show. No wasted rent or payments on student housing.

It's a pretty good possibility you will sell the unit for more.

Here are a two places to consider for you or your adult kids.

A condo could be a great way for housing for college students who are not into the dorm scene.

Good morning, Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland condos are an ideal choice for many.... first time homebuyers benefit greatly by starting with a condo... two of three of my children started homeownership that way.... once they're ready for a single family home, they have options of refinancing to pull equity out to purchase that home and rent the condo...they will then have a home to live in and an investment property to enjoy at tax time!!!

Good morning Margaret Rome, Baltimore Maryland - this is an excellent strategy.  When you consider housing costs this works and you have a chance for equity.

William Feela I would like to encourage this for parents. (Buying a condo might  also be a better investment than a huge wedding. )

Wayne Martin Condos make sense for lots of buyers but we forget to share them.

Here in Baltimore...condos  have mainly been for our classic clients. Those ramps can be for skateboards and strollers... not walkers and wheelchairs.
